Bully Words

A "Bully Word" is the 1 powerful word that embodies your insecurities. It's the word that represents what people say to you or about you to hurt you, or just as equally what you can't let go because it's been driven so hard into you.


Coupled with your Bully Word, is your "Power Word". Your Power Word is the silver lining to your Bully Word; much like a synonym that draws out the strength, beauty or positive part of your insecurity.

Right, so i'm not a ditz, I realise the names of these Words sound tacky and cheesey, or like they're out of an Astroboy comic, but recognising them helps.... I think. They're supposed to.

My Bully Word is inadequate.
                            And although I haven't yet figured out my Power Word, that's okay because at least i'm half way there.
